Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Manual Traders (MTC) ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where trading or investment activities are prohibited
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password and transaction PIN confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits must be made through the approved payment methods listed on the Platform. By making a deposit, you agree that:

• Deposits are subject to verification and approval
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply
• Deposits may take up to 24-48 hours to be processed
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment information
• Deposits are non-refundable once processed, except as required by law

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed only during specified hours on working days
• A withdrawal fee of 14% applies to every withdrawal
• Maximum withdrawals per day may apply
• Withdrawal requests require a valid transaction PIN
• Processing times may vary depending on the payment method
• We reserve the right to verify identity before processing withdrawals

6. Trading and Investments

All trading and investment activities on the Platform are subject to the following:

• Investments are subject to approval by our team
• Daily earnings are credited according to the specific package terms
• Lock periods must be completed before harvesting profits
• We do not guarantee specific returns on investments
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Trading involves risk, and you may lose some or all of your investment

7. Referral Program

Our referral program is subject to the following terms:

• Commissions are paid on qualifying first deposits of referred users
• Commission rates are set by the Platform and may change
• Referral abuse, including self-referrals, is prohibited
• We reserve the right to revoke commissions for fraudulent activity
• Referral rewards are subject to achieving specific milestones

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses or referrals
• Providing false or misleading information
• Attempting to manipulate the system or exploit vulnerabilities
• Engaging in money laundering or other illegal activities
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Using automated scripts or bots to interact with the Platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Reverse engineering or attempting to decompile the Platform

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Manual Traders (MTC) and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission
• Use any trademarks or logos without prior written consent
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manual Traders (MTC) shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Technical failures, system downtime, or maintenance
• Actions of third parties or external services
• Investment losses due to market conditions

11. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate
• Any errors will be corrected in a timely manner

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
